To create a desktop sticky note left double-click on the Sticker Lte tray icon or select Notes|New note in the tray menu or press Alt+N.
What do I do to change desktop sticky notes appearance?
The appearance of desktop sticky notes is highly customizable. Desktop Notes settings are saved automatically.
- Transparency
Only for Windows 2000/XP. You can vary the degree of transparency from 0% to 100%. If you want to change desktop note transparency, select Settings|Transparency in the desktop note context menu. Transparency effect disappears if the desktop note is activated or the mouse cursor is over the note.
- Title
To change title font:
- Right-click the desktop note and select Title|Font in the desktop note context menu.
- Make necessary changes.
- Click OK.
To change title font color:
- Right-click the desktop note and select Title|Font color in the desktop note context menu.
- Select a new color from the palette.
- Click OK.
To change title background color:
- Right-click the desktop note and select Title|Background color in the desktop note context menu.
- Select a new color from the palette.
- Click OK.
- Body
To change body font:

How can I show/hide desktop sticky notes?
To hide a desktop sticky note, click on the hide icon  or select Notes|Show/Hide in the MoRUN.net Sticker Lite tray menu and select the desktop sticky note you want to be hidden. To show a desktop sticky note, select Notes|Show/Hide in the tray menu and select the desktop sticky note you want to be shown. Shown notes are marked with the check mark  .
If you want to activate a desktop sticky note for editing, select Notes|Goto and select the desktop sticky note you want to work with.
The color of the MoRUN.net Sticker tray icon is different depending on if there are hidden notes or not. Red tray icon indicates there are some hidden notes; the tray icon becomes blue if all notes are shown.
If you want to hide all desktop sticky notes that are currently displayed, open the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select Notes|Show/Hide|Hide all or press Ctrl+Alt+H. To show all desktop sticky notes, select Notes|Show/Hide|Show all in the tray menu or press Ctrl+Alt+S.
How can I lock/unlock digital sticky notes?
To lock a digital sticky note, select Lock note in the digital note context menu or click on the lock icon ( .
Lock icon is red if the digital note is locked; white lock icon indicates the digital note is unlocked.
To unlock a digital note, click on the lock icon  or select Unlock in the digital sticky note context menu. If the note is locked, you can do nothing except move or hide it.
Digital Note "Auto lock"
If you want digital sticky notes to be locked automatically:
- Select Properties|Default settings in the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu.
- Select Auto lock function and set the time.
For new digital notes - if a digital note is not active during the set time, it will be auto locked. For already existing digital notes - select the digital notes you want to be locked automatically and if these desktop digital notes are not active during the chosen period of time, they will be locked.
How can I delete a group of desktop sticky notes?
Choose the Delete notes item in the MoRUN.net Sticker Lite tray menu. The "Delete notes" window with a list of existing desktop notes appears. Select the desktop sticky notes you want to delete and click the Delete button. To select a group of desktop sticky notes click and hold down Ctrl or Shift button and choose the notes. For normal/high security levels to delete a desktop note you have to enter the password.
How can I know if there are hidden notes or not?
The color of the MoRUN.net Sticker Lite tray icon depends on if there are hidden notes or not. Red tray icon indicates there are some hidden notes; the tray icon becomes blue when all notes are shown.
If you want to know how many notes are hidden, see ToolTip (also contain information about number of shown notes and total number of notes) or click on the MoRUN.net Sticker Lite tray icon, select Notes|Show/Hide and you will be presented with a list of notes. All hidden notes are not marked with a (v) check mark.
What do I do to make all note information visible?
If you want all note information is visible, use the Zoom|to fit Title and Zoom|to fit Body commands (automatically resize the note window to fit the note information) or change note size manual.
Can I use "Auto lock" function for already existing notes?
Yes. Select Properties|Default settingsin the MoRUN.net Sticker Lite tray menu, select "Auto lock" and set the time. Click on the notes you want to be locked automatically, left them and they will be auto locked after the chosen period of time. If you want all existing notes are locked automatically, select Notes|Show/Hide|Show all in the tray menu.
How can I edit desktop sticky notes?
MoRUN.net Free post desktop notes software supports RTF format that allows you to edit desktop notes any way you want.
Editing is available only for unlocked desktop notes. Changes are saved automatically.
Select Title|Edit in the desktop notecontext menu to begin title editing. To finish title editing, click on the finish title edit icon  or press Enter or select Title|Finish title edit in the desktop notes context menu. Editing is also stopped if you change note's parameters or click on the Hide or Lock icon.
For body editing select Body|Edit in the desktop sticky note context menu or click on the note's body. The body will be ready for editing. If you want to finish body editing, click in any point of the screen.
Undo/redo, copy/paste/cut/delete commands may be performed while editing.
To align the selected text to the left/center/right border, use the Body|Align|Left, Body|Align|Center or Body|Align|Right commands.
If you need to make all note information visible, use the Settings|Zoom|to fit Title and Settings|Zoom| to fit Body commands (automatically resize the note window to fit the note information) or change note size manual.
What is the difference among low, normal and high note priorities?
To make your work with notes more convenient, MoRUN.net Sticker Lite (Digital Notes Pad Freeware) is organized to provide three note priority levels(high, normal, low). If desktop notes have low priority, they are hidden under other windows and their hide icon (X) is yellow. Desktop Notes with normal priority have standard Windows order and hide icon for such notes is green. Desktop Sticky Notes (Digital Note) with high priority are always on the top, they have red hide icon.
How can I export/import desktop notes database?
Using export/import feature you can easily export/import notes database from one version to another or between different MoRUN.net products (post desktop notes software).
To export your notes database:
- Right-click the program tray menu and select "Export".
- Select in what file and where you want to save your notes database.
To import notes database*:
- Right-click the program tray menu and select "Import".
- Select the notes database *.dat file you want to import.
* If your product or product version doesn't support some features available in the imported *.dat file, these features will be ignored.
Note: All imported notes are added to the current notes.
How can I change desktop notes size?
You can change desktop notes size using zoom commands or manual.
Digital notes can be minimized to save you desk space. To minimize a digital note, select Settings|Zoom|Minimize in the context menu. Minimum desktop digital note size is set in default settings (min width not less than 100 pixels, min height not less than 50 pixels) and may be changed to your preference. To maximize a desktop digital note, select Settings|Zoom|Maximize in the desktop notes context menu.
The Settings|Zoom|to fit Title and Settings|Zoom|to fit Body commands automatically resize the note window to fit the note information.
If you want to change default size:
- Click on the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select Properties|Default settings.
- Make changes.
- Click OK to accept the changes.
